A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your session. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required retainer has been received.

Package details, pricing, availability, turnaround times, and included services are subject to change. Additional fees may apply for additional images, looks, extended session time, travel, specialty locations, studio rentals, permits, custom sets, props, or other creative requests not included in the selected package.

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and on time for their scheduled session. Late arrival may reduce the amount of available shooting time. Rescheduling and cancellation requests are subject to Patrick Tate Photography's booking and cancellation policies.

Final photographs are professionally selected and retouched. Unedited or RAW image files are not included or released. Additional professionally retouched images may be purchased separately.

Booking a photography session constitutes acknowledgment of the applicable booking policies and photography agreement. Image usage, model releases, commercial licensing, and publication rights are governed by the agreement applicable to the session.
